Public research and educational pages are attributed to the Water Decision Guide Editorial Team (and, where a research label fits better, the Water Decision Guide Research Team). We do not invent fictional personal authors, credentials, lab testing, or hands-on product experience.
Legal ownership and account details stay in private operator records where allowed. This public site is branded as Water Decision Guide, not as an individual personal brand.
What we do
- Build decision tools and clear comparisons for homeowners
- Explain category differences (for example, salt-based softening vs salt-free conditioning)
- Cite NSF, WQA, and IAPMO listings—and refuse to invent health or performance claims
